About Us

KawaiiPetsu.com is a kawaii pets virtual pet website and is currently in Beta Testing. At KawaiiPetsu.com you can purchase a virtual pet with virtual points and feed it to help it grow to each individual stage. We also have premium items available that you can purchase with credits that have been transferred from real money. By the end of this Beta test we hope to have Breeding and Battles available along with some different species to choose from. With breeding you will be able to choose any male pet and any female pet of the same species to be bred. Once bred the number of offspring and their color and markings will be chosen at random. By playing with your pet you can help it gain a higher skill level which will determine your ability to win battles. You may currently own as many pets as you like. In the Forums you can role play your pets, show off your artistic talents, or discuss current trends and entertainment. Please check the F.A.Q. Before sending a support request, however, if your question is not found feel free to contact us. We cannot be successful without the help of you, the user! We hope to grow together into an exciting and entertaining virtual pet community!

These Terms and Conditions (TOS) my be altered at any time to descretion of the KawaiiPetsu.com. Each user should at all times be aware of their obligations pursuant the TOS at all times. Falure to comply with the TOS will result in the immediate deletion of the user's account. These TOS cover all accounts.

PRIVACY
All information provided by the user is strictly confiential. KawaiiPetsu.com will not release any personal information about the user without permission unless one of the below conflict(s).
 If user select to show information publicly
 If user has violated the KawaiiPetsu.com Terms of Service
 If the user has committed unlawful acts
 If the information is subpoenead
 If KawaiiPetsu.com deems it necessary or appropriate

AGE REQUIREMENT
All users must be at least 13 years of age; otherwise; parental consent must be given. If parental consent is denied; the account will be immediately closed with no refund of credits or dollars.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
User agrees that the use of KawaiiPetsu.com's services is entirely at User's own risk. KawaiiPetsu.com services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, constructive, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
KawaiiPetsu.com makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of KawaiiPetsu.com's services. In no event shall KawaiiPetsu.com be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use KawaiiPetsu.com's services or any content thereon. This disclaimer applies, without limitation, to any damages or injury, whether for breach of contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS
Any individual who attempts to reverse, engineer, hack, gain unauthorized entry into or undermine the system integrity of this site (including attempting to access any internal part of the site from an offsite location) will have their account(s) removed from KawaiiPetsu.com and any future accounts closed. Such incidents will be legally followed through with the fullest extent of the law.

TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT
Individuals who no longer wish to use KawaiiPetsu.com may terminate their accounts by not logging into their accounts. Users may be deleted after 90 days of inactivity unless otherwise noted.

PAYMENTS ETC.
Users agree that any payments tied to their account is charged back or refunded and they wish to continue to use KawaiiPetsu.com, they will need to pay a fee of $40.00 USD per charge/revoke. Once a charge is made to an account, that charge cannot be switched to another account. Make sure all orders are placed to the proper account.

FORUM
Understand that forums are posted by users of the site and we have no control over the content, we do however not allow the following:
 Sexually Explicit Material such as Images/Videos/Stories/Conversations/etc.
 Flaming (Making a post for the sole purpose of negative or derogetory comments towards a user and/or the content of the thread.)
 Spamming unless otherwise noted. (Bumping is allowed as long as it is stated in the thread rules of said rules created; however; post must be at least a minute apart.)
 Advertising is not allowed unless otherwise stated in the thread rules.

OTHER
Botting is not allowed nor is the monetary gain of selling any KawaiiPetsu.com item or account.

ADDENDUM
Other sites of the KawaiiPetsu.com's Network may have thier own terms of services or rules. These terms of services or rules are in addition to the TOS of KawaiiPetsu.com and do not replace the TOS of KawaiiPetsu.com. Violation of these terms of service and/or rules are considered to be a violation of the TOS of KawaiiPetsu.com and will be dealt with accordingly. Users should familiarize themselves with all terms of services and rules before use of product or service. Failure to be familiar with all terms of services and rules is not an excuse for breaking them and will not be accepted as a defence of your account.
